Dr. Oh reflected on her past, stating, "Doctors often don't take care of their own health as well as they should." She recounted, "I was diagnosed with colon cancer and underwent surgery. As I walked into the operating room, I called out my child's name." Her emotional recollection brought a somber mood to the studio.

She expressed a deep longing, saying, "I miss them so much," sparking curiosity about whom she was referring to.

Previously, Dr. Oh revealed in 2008 that she was given a three-month prognosis due to gallbladder tumors and colon cancer. In a 2021 appearance on KBS2's 'Joy of Conversation 3,' she shared, "The doctor said if the colon cancer had spread, I would have three months to live. Fortunately, the gallbladder tumor seemed malignant but wasn't, and the colon cancer was caught early and completely removed."

The special episode of 'Immortal Songs' featuring Dr. Oh Eun-young will air on Saturday, November 8th, at 6:05 PM.
