Chef Sung Anh Reunites with 'Hidden Genius' Kim Tae-sung on YouTube
Sung Anh's YouTube channel, 'Chef Sung Anh,' recently featured a video titled 'Revisiting the Hidden Genius to Add Tension to the Relaxed Black and White Chef.'
In the video, Sung Anh explained, "I was curious about how the people I met through 'Black and White Chef' were doing, so I decided to visit." He visited the 'Hidden Genius' restaurant, which he had first judged on the show, leaving many viewers curious about the taste of its pasta.
The 'Hidden Genius' shared that the restaurant has been open for a year and a half, stating, "I was preparing this during the filming period," and added, "Things have been much better since appearing on 'Black and White Chef.' For example, we used to have just one turn, but now we can handle two turns."
The 'Hidden Genius' asked, "Do you like it a bit salty?" and offered to prepare a slightly saltier version of Aglio e Olio. After tasting it, Sung Anh commented, "Compared to last year, there's definitely a difference in temperature since it was just made, but there's more sauce now."
Additionally, Sung Anh asked the 'Hidden Genius' if there was anything he wanted to say now that he couldn't during 'Black and White Chef.' The 'Hidden Genius' expressed, "I was touched when you said I have a wide spectrum as a chef, but I was doing Aglio e Olio. I thought you didn't know me at all." Sung Anh advised, "The game as a chef starts now."
