Hong Jin-kyung Reunites with Daughter Rael Abroad, Shares Her Life Updates

Hong Jin-kyung recently shared updates about her daughter Rael, who is studying abroad.
On the 23rd, Hong Jin-kyung's YouTube channel 'Study King Jin Genius Hong Jin-kyung' released a video titled "Shocking Updates on Hong Jin-kyung's Daughter Rael Studying Abroad (Singing Skills, Diet Tips)."

In the video, Hong Jin-kyung meets her daughter Rael, who is currently in the third year of middle school and studying abroad. She mentioned, "Rael has gained a lot of weight and feels insecure about her appearance, so we apologize for not being able to show her face."

Rael, during an interview with the production team, introduced herself, "I was born in 2010. I attend school abroad and recently joined a boarding school. I'm studying hard."

When the production team mentioned, "We heard you topped in math," Hong Jin-kyung explained, "Rael decided not to join the special math class because she was worried that the pace would be too fast and she might not be able to maintain her top position."

Rael impressed everyone with her fluency in four languages. She introduced herself in English, Japanese, and Chinese and even sang a birthday song. While speaking in Chinese, Rael humorously remarked, "I love my mom, but she meddles a lot, which is annoying," bringing laughter. Hong Jin-kyung responded, "Even in this moment, you're dissing me," adding to the light-hearted atmosphere.

Meanwhile, Hong Jin-kyung married a businessman five years her senior in 2003, and they had their daughter Rael in 2010. On August 6th, Hong Jin-kyung announced her divorce after 22 years of marriage.
