Epik High, the renowned South Korean hip-hop group consisting of Tablo, Mithra, and DJ Tukutz, recently celebrated their 22nd anniversary with a memorable trip to Jeju Island, showcasing their enduring chemistry.

On October 23, Epik High released a video titled 'The Reason We Still Stick Together After 22 Years of Fighting' on their official YouTube channel.

During their trip, Tablo reminisced about a previous visit to Jeju Island with Mithra and their agency staff during the end of their 'Peace Day' promotions. He humorously recalled, "It was like a company workshop, but unfortunately, a typhoon hit as soon as we arrived, making it the worst."

At a local restaurant, the group's playful banter added to the fun. DJ Tukutz danced in the garden, prompting Tablo to quip, "What's up with him lately?" while Mithra jokingly expressed his reluctance to be associated with Tukutz's antics.

The group then indulged in various activities on the island. DJ Tukutz attempted a 360-degree sky swing but failed humorously, leading to more teasing from Tablo and Mithra, highlighting their genuine friendship. Tablo, trying his hand at racing for the first time, was visibly nervous, exclaiming, "This is why I never learned to drive," while Tukutz and Mithra showed enthusiasm, with Tukutz impressing everyone with his skills.

After the activities, Epik High returned to their accommodation to prepare for a 22nd-anniversary party. Tablo expressed amazement at their longevity, saying, "It's incredible that our team has been together for 22 years." He reflected on their song 'In 10 Years,' noting that back then, their vision of the future was limited to just a decade.

Tablo added, "We thought we'd be fully grown adults in 10 years, but it came faster than expected." Mithra shared, "In our early 20s, we thought being in our 30s meant being too old for hip-hop," to which Tablo agreed, admitting he never imagined they'd still be making music 20 years later.

The group celebrated with a barbecue alongside their staff, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere filled with jokes and laughter, showcasing their strong teamwork and camaraderie.

Epik High is set to hold a solo concert at the Seoul Ticketlink Live Arena (formerly Olympic Handball Gymnasium) this December. Initially scheduled for December 25, 27, and 28, the concert sold out quickly, prompting the addition of a show on December 26.
