Solbi Reveals Art Prices and Future Plans on 'Baekban Journey'

During the episode aired on the 19th, Heo Young-man and Solbi explored the culinary delights of Changnyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do.
Solbi, who has been a singer for 20 years, surprised Heo Young-man by revealing, "I perform as Solbi when singing and use my real name, Kwon Ji-an, as an artist. I've been an artist for 13 years."
When asked about her recent activities, Solbi shared, "I'm currently holding my first solo exhibition in Portugal and have another solo exhibition scheduled in Daegu starting in October."

Solbi responded, "Each piece is priced at around 400,000 won, with the most expensive one selling for 23 million won." Heo Young-man, astonished by the prices, humorously considered switching careers to become an artist.
Heo Young-man described Solbi's art as "avant-garde." Solbi has transformed negative comments and ridicule into art, creating fonts from A to Z with apples, expressing her desire to purify the language of the cyber world.
Known for her 'dumb blonde' persona on variety shows, Solbi reflected, "I think people saw my honesty as naivety. I had that image when I was younger, but now I just seem clueless," she joked, bringing laughter.

She continued, "I don't believe that singing and dancing on stage is the only form of popular art. I wanted to showcase a new genre combining music and art. Afterward, I was invited to an event in Paris." Heo Young-man applauded her daring creativity.
When asked about her future plans, Solbi revealed, "I enjoy expressing my dreams and turning them into tangible results. I've ventured into screenwriting, and a short drama is in production." Heo Young-man jokingly warned her not to venture into comics, fearing competition.
