Drama Unfolds on 'I Am Solo': Four Couples Emerge Amidst Controversy

The latest episode of SBS PLUS's 'I Am Solo, Then Love Continues' aired on October 16 at 10:30 PM, capturing viewers' attention as three couples emerged amidst the ongoing 'bullying controversy' surrounding Ok-soon from the 23rd season.

During the episode, Mr. Kwon, Mr. Kang, and Mr. Han expressed their feelings for Ok-soon from the 23rd season. However, other participants like Sun-ja from the 23rd season, Young-sook from the 11th season, and Ok-soon from the 24th season showed discomfort. Ok-soon from the 23rd season was most interested in Mr. Kang, but as the male participants hesitated to make clear decisions, the focus remained on Ok-soon's final choice.

Mr. Han made a cryptic remark within earshot of Ok-soon from the 23rd season, saying to Sun-ja from the 26th season, "I should start caring about my image now. I might jokingly ask Ok-soon from the 23rd season, 'Why did you do that to me?' but I might actually mean it." He added, "I want to tell her, 'You gave me pain.'"

Hearing this, Young-sook from the 11th season confirmed the story with Sun-ja from the 23rd season and suddenly burst into tears. When Sun-ja asked if Mr. Han's joke made her sad, Young-sook admitted, "I thought it would be satisfying to tease him and say, 'Get rejected quickly so I can tease you,' but seeing him like that makes me sad."

Unable to hold back, Ok-soon from the 23rd season approached the two, expressing her frustration, "Didn't Young-sook from the 11th season and Sun-ja from the 23rd season keep asking me about my choices?" She clarified, "I swear I've never been unclear with the men about my actions." However, Sun-ja from the 23rd season interrupted, saying, "It's over once you sort it out."

Meanwhile, Ok-soon from the 24th season joined the conversation, asking Mr. Han, "Did you escape Ok-soon from the 23rd season's fishing ground?" She added, "We've pieced the puzzle together. She gives you hope while doing the same with other men, preventing other women from getting a chance." Mr. Han agreed, saying, "That's true." Ok-soon from the 24th season explained, "From Young-sook's perspective, if Ok-soon from the 23rd season clearly expressed her feelings for you, you could move on, but she didn't, which is frustrating for Young-sook." Mr. Han admitted, "My feelings for Young-sook weren't fake, but I didn't want to choose her without being clear, as that wouldn't be respectful."

Later, Ok-soon from the 23rd season entered the women's room, mentioning that Mr. Han had already moved on from her and that Mr. Kwon had given up after pursuing her alone. However, Ok-soon from the 24th season remarked, "Am I the only one who doesn't get it?" making Ok-soon from the 23rd season feel even more isolated.

In an interview, Ok-soon from the 23rd season reflected, "I was trying to explain my intentions, but their expressions seemed to say, 'Why bring this up now?' It wasn't easy." She admitted, "I realized I lacked maturity in relationships." Despite the drama, four couples emerged: Mr. Na and Ok-soon from the 24th season, Mr. Kang and Ok-soon from the 23rd season, Mr. Yoon and Ok-soon from the 25th season, and Mr. Kim and Young-sook from the 11th season.
