Notably, 'First Lady' has secured a spot in the TOP 7 of Netflix's 'Today's Top 10 Series in South Korea' as of October 12, according to FlixPatrol, a global OTT content ranking site. Additionally, it ranked in the TOP 8 for 'Drama TV-OTT Search Reactions' and 'TOP 6 for 'Drama Search Issue Keywords' with 'First Lady Characters' in the first week of October, as reported by Good Data Corporation.

In the recent episode, Cha Soo-yeon (played by Eugene) is shocked as Hyun Min-chul (played by Ji Hyun-woo) discovers a massive secret she has been hiding. The tension escalates as Cha Soo-yeon brings up an affair issue in their divorce lawsuit, and she is stunned to learn about the suspicious pregnancy of Lee Hwa-jin (played by Han Soo-ah), leading to an 'extreme shock ending.'
