Sunwoo Yong-yeo Reminisces About Her Bond with Park Mi-sun from 'Soonpoong Clinic'

Veteran actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo fondly recalled her special connection with Park Mi-sun, who played her daughter in the legendary sitcom 'Soonpoong Clinic.'

On the 8th, Sunwoo Yong-yeo's channel 'Soonpoong Sunwoo Yong-yeo' featured a video titled "Park Young-gyu, Married Four Times! His First Confession to Mother-in-law Sunwoo Yong-yeo."

In the video, Sunwoo Yong-yeo visited the filming set and shared stories from that era.

When asked by the production team, "Who were you closest to among the 'Soonpoong Clinic' cast?" Sunwoo Yong-yeo immediately responded, "(Park) Mi-sun, of course," expressing her closeness. She reminisced, "Mi-sun and I really got along well. At that time, Mi-sun was also a mother, and she was exhausted traveling back and forth to Japan because of her husband Lee Bong-won's studies, while also taking care of her in-laws."

Sunwoo Yong-yeo also shared a memorable episode, revealing, "Filming lasted from 10 AM to 4 AM," astonishing viewers with the 18-hour shooting schedule.

Her daughter, upon hearing this, remarked, "I wondered if mom always spoke so quickly back then," to which Sunwoo Yong-yeo candidly replied, "I think I was going through menopause. I used my arguments with your father (my husband) in my acting."

Meanwhile, Park Mi-sun, wife of Lee Bong-won, has recently been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer and is focusing on her treatment. She has halted all activities since the beginning of the year to concentrate on her recovery.
