Jo Jun-young Brings Webtoon Character to Life in 'Spirit Fingers'

'Spirit Fingers' is a vibrant healing romance drama about young people on a journey to find their own colors. Based on the popular Naver webtoon of the same name, the drama has already garnered significant attention from fans. Jo Jun-young takes on the role of Nam Gi-jung, also known as 'Red Finger,' a character known for his self-love.
In the original webtoon, Gi-jung was adored by readers as a '2D boyfriend.' His good looks and physicality are just the beginning; his sense of justice, straightforward comments, and quirky actions complete his unique charm. While he appears cold and self-absorbed on the outside, his simple and pure nature captivates readers.
Jo Jun-young was fortunate enough to be cast in this highly coveted role, and he is set to bring Gi-jung's charm to life. Gi-jung is a character who has never faced hardship, a self-love enthusiast who is uninterested in women but lives by the motto 'Eat well, live well.' His quirky responses, combined with his sense of justice and honesty, add to his delightful charm. He meets Song Woo-yeon (played by Park Ji-hoo), and finds himself caught up in unexpected feelings.

Jo Jun-young, known for his fresh face and free-spirited energy, has proven his perfect synchronization with the '2D boyfriend' character, dispelling any doubts. Expectations are high for him to become a representative youth actor of Generation Z through 'Spirit Fingers.' The production team stated, "Jo Jun-young shows a high level of synchronization with the original Nam Gi-jung. Through this quirky yet charming character, he will bring new excitement to viewers."
The drama 'Spirit Fingers' will be exclusively released on TVING on October 29.
