Later, Eun-oh appeared elegantly dressed for a date with Park Sung-jae (played by Yoon Hyun-min). During their meal, she subtly expressed her gratitude. The couple enjoyed a leisurely day, including a walk, shooting practice, and a movie, which brought them closer together. Observing this, Ji-hyuk couldn't hide his jealousy.

Ji-hyuk made an appearance at a materials exhibition where Eun-oh had a meeting, approaching her as if by chance. He accompanied her to client meetings, learning about materials and expanding his knowledge of interior design. Eun-oh began to soften as she saw Ji-hyuk genuinely enjoying the work. On their way back to the café, Ji-hyuk awkwardly conversed with Eun-oh, concealing his curiosity about her relationship with Sung-jae.

Meanwhile, Lee Soo-bin (played by Shin Soo-hyun), who had previously confessed to Sung-jae and was rejected, couldn't give up and confessed again. Sung-jae, feeling troubled by Soo-bin's persistence, revealed that he had been married before. Shocked, Soo-bin decided to move on, stating, "A divorced man is not on my list."

Meanwhile, Kim Da-jung (played by Kim Hee-jung) noticed Ji-hyuk's missing career and confronted Ji-wan, learning of Ji-hyuk's return. This revelation led to another conflict with Lee Sang-chul (played by Chun Ho-jin), who had hidden the truth. Sang-chul, unable to contain his emotions, confronted Ji-hyuk, who seemed unaffected by the past. Da-jung, while defending her son, couldn't hide her shock.

Towards the end of the episode, Eun-oh confided in Sung-hee about her feelings and family situation, seeking comfort. Later, she witnessed Ji Kang-oh (played by Yang Hyuk) working humbly at a hunting pub and secretly watched by Jung Soon-hee (played by Kim Jung-young), who was in tears. Overcome with guilt, Eun-oh decided to accept Ji-hyuk's proposal, officially starting their business partnership.
