Actress Lee Young-ae (54) recently spoke about fellow actress Go Hyun-jung (54).

On the 16th, a press conference for the new KBS 2TV weekend mini-series 'Eunsoo's Good Day' was held at The Saint in Sindorim, Seoul. Attendees included Lee Young-ae, Kim Young-kwang, Park Yong-woo, and director Song Hyun-wook.

The new KBS 2TV weekend mini-series 'Eunsoo's Good Day' (directed by Song Hyun-wook, written by Jeon Young-shin, produced by Baram Pictures and Slingshot Studio) tells the story of Kang Eunsoo, a parent who wants to protect her family, and Lee Kyung, a teacher with a double life, who become entangled in a dangerous partnership after accidentally acquiring a bag of drugs.

In the drama, Lee Young-ae plays Kang Eunsoo, a housewife pushed to the edge overnight, while Kim Young-kwang portrays Lee Kyung, an art instructor by day and a famous club MD by night.

During the event, Lee Young-ae was asked about her thoughts on competing in the same time slot as Go Hyun-jung, who is currently starring in the SBS drama 'Mantis'. She responded, "As an actress who has been in the industry for a long time, I hope we can continue to support each other and move forward together. I believe it will be a good motivation, and I trust that our project will do well with that energy."

Lee Young-ae also praised her co-star Kim Young-kwang, saying, "He has many facets to his acting, allowing me to experience a range of emotions and perform in diverse ways. His originality and creativity taught me a lot, and he provided a foundation for acting beyond the script."

In response, Kim Young-kwang expressed his admiration for Lee Young-ae, stating, "It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Lee Young-ae. When I first received the script and learned she was involved, I wondered how I could possibly act alongside her. Her voice alone conveys so much and adds depth to the story. It was a joy to listen to her while acting, and I have fond memories of filming."

The new KBS 2TV weekend mini-series 'Eunsoo's Good Day' is set to premiere on September 20th at 9:20 PM.
