Lee Junho and Kim Min-ha Bring Romantic Chemistry to New tvN Drama 'Typhoon Family'

Actors Lee Junho and Kim Min-ha are set to showcase their romantic chemistry in the new tvN weekend drama 'Typhoon Family'.

'Typhoon Family' (directed by Lee Na-jung and Kim Dong-hwi, written by Jang Hyun, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by Imaginas, Studio PIC, and Tri Studio) is a story about the growth and struggles of 'Kang Tae-pung', a novice businessman who becomes the president of a trading company with no employees, money, or products to sell during the 1997 IMF crisis.

Lee Junho plays 'Kang Tae-pung', a youth who once enjoyed wealth and freedom but transforms into a president bearing the lives of his employees amidst the IMF crisis. Kim Min-ha portrays 'Oh Mi-seon', who builds her career from being the company's accountant to a professional businesswoman. The intense survival story of these two characters facing challenges head-on is a major highlight of the drama. The chemistry between these globally recognized actors, known for their acting skills and star power, is a key point of interest in the series.

The production team of 'Typhoon Family' has released an image of the first encounter between Kang Tae-pung and Oh Mi-seon in 1997. Interestingly, their meeting takes place not at the company but at a subway station. Tae-pung, dozing off with a bouquet of cosmos flowers, suddenly leans his head on Mi-seon's shoulder, creating an unexpected moment of contact. Mi-seon's surprised expression and the distance between the two characters, who are yet to know each other, create an intriguing tension.
