Why YouTuber Dex Chose Chef Kim Poong Over Napoli Mafia

Dex, a popular YouTuber, recently revealed why he chose Chef Kim Poong over the Napoli Mafia on his channel 'Dex101'.

In the video titled 'Dex and Kim Poong's Cold Interview', Kim Poong makes an appearance. Dex introduces the video as an homage to 'Ramen Kkondae'. He comments to Kim Poong, "You put a lot of interesting things in your dishes." Kim Poong responds, "Initially, the concept was to use ingredients to boil ramen water, but now I don't even boil ramen anymore."

Dex expresses his admiration for Kim Poong, saying, "You're famous for your unique culinary style, and I'm personally a fan. I've known about you for a while, and I can't forget the look in your eyes when we met last time." Surprised, Kim Poong asks, "Really?"

Dex recalls meeting Kim Poong for the first time on the show 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'. He shares, "I chose you over the Mafia and ended the shoot. As I thanked you, you gave me a cool wink as you left." Kim Poong laughs, "Honestly, if I cooked against the Mafia, I'd lose. But given the situation, it wasn't a bad choice."

Dex clarifies, "It wasn't a forced decision for entertainment. The taste was genuinely shocking, and it was an honest choice." Kim Poong thanks him, and Dex adds, "The Mafia still holds a grudge about it," to which Kim Poong agrees, "They still grumble about it," eliciting laughter.
