Actor Lee Soo-hyuk Faces Exhausting Schedule at Hangzhou Fan Meeting, Fans Express Outrage
Actor Lee Soo-hyuk has come under the spotlight after allegations surfaced regarding an exhausting schedule at his fan meeting in Hangzhou, China. His agency, Saram Entertainment, expressed regret over the situation, but fans remain dissatisfied with their response.

Recently, Taiwan's EBC reported that Lee Soo-hyuk's solo fan meeting in Hangzhou extended to nearly 12 hours due to excessive ticket sales and a malfunctioning air conditioner at the venue. According to the report, Lee was pressured to sign autographs for thousands of fans and was asked to sign an additional 500 posters. By the end of the event, he appeared dehydrated and was seen staggering. The original schedule for the fan meeting was set for 6 hours and 30 minutes.

Local fans criticized the organizers, claiming Lee was not treated with respect, and shared photos of him drenched in sweat on social media.

As the controversy grew, Saram Entertainment released an official statement on the 3rd, expressing deep regret for the unforeseen circumstances during the event. They stated, "We will do our best to move forward in a better direction," and added, "We hope the time shared between fans and the artist remains a cherished memory." They also thanked the collaborators and organizers.

However, the agency's vague explanation of "unforeseen circumstances" without further details led to criticism from fans, who argued that the actor was not adequately protected. Fans demanded thorough management and verification in future event preparations, emphasizing that "Lee Soo-hyuk's health and safety should be the priority."

Meanwhile, Lee Soo-hyuk signed an exclusive contract with Saram Entertainment in July.
