Comedian Park Myung-soo recently shared a video on his YouTube channel 'Hwal Myung-soo' titled 'Running Crew with Sean & Park Bo-gum: Running in 38°C Heat'.

In the video, Park Myung-soo takes on the challenge of running. When the production team handed him a booster gel for energy, he joked, "If it's like this, I'd rather just lie down," and humorously added, "Call an ambulance." Before starting the run, Park had to do some warm-up exercises.

Reluctantly, Park commented, "Just walking around like this is a warm-up," but when the team expressed concern about his age and knee condition, he begrudgingly agreed to warm up. While doing knee exercises, he let out a yelp and admitted, "I really need to warm up."

After completing his warm-up, the production team handed him knee pads, an oxygen mask, and a chocolate bar, to which Park humorously responded, "If it's like this, I should just ride a bike at home." His running course was from Ichon Hangang to Jamsu Bridge, totaling 3km. However, as soon as he started running, he panted, "Whose idea was this? I can't run." When asked if it was his first time running like this, Park replied, "No, I run occasionally, sometimes at Namsan."

As time went on, Park found it increasingly difficult. He worried, "Who would watch this? Who watches others run? I don't think anyone will." Initially struggling, Park surprised everyone by overtaking the production team around the 2km mark. When he encountered a downhill, he cautioned, "Running downhill is bad for the joints; it can hurt the knees." Successfully completing the 3km run, Park advised the younger team members, "Take care of yourselves. Stop watching Reels and start running."
