Actor Kim Bo-sung Reveals Battle with Rare Incurable Disease
Actor Kim Bo-sung has opened up about his struggle with a rare incurable disease.

On October 31, the YouTube channel 'Jodongari' released a video titled 'In the Spirit of Atonement, Surgery Without Anesthesia? 100% Guaranteed Laughter, Kim Soo-yong's Friend, the Man of Loyalty, Kim Bo-sung.'

Kim Bo-sung, who is preparing for his third martial arts match, shared, "I received sponsorship from the chairman of a certain company. In the first match, I helped children battling cancer, and in the second, I supported the visually impaired." He continued, "As you know, I am visually impaired myself. For the third match, I plan to help patients with rare incurable diseases." Previously, Kim Bo-sung revealed that he was exempted from military service due to a level 6 visual impairment.

Kim Bo-sung further disclosed, "In fact, I have a rare incurable disease. I can't talk about it on the broadcast, but if I were to give a hint, it's something that developed from being hit too much." When asked by Ji Seok-jin if this was the first time he was revealing it, Kim Bo-sung replied, "I believe this disease is incurable. I plan to talk about it after the match is over."

He also shared his concerns about his health, admitting, "Honestly, I'm scared of what might show up in a health check-up because I've lived a rough life. I might just live without knowing and die."
