Heartfelt Conversation Between Hwangbo and Lee Kyu-han on 'Old Friends Pursuit'

Hwangbo and Lee Kyu-han shared a heartfelt conversation.

On the October 1st episode of KBS2TV's 'Old Friends Pursuit,' which aired at 9:50 PM, viewers witnessed the conversations between participants after their one-on-one relay dates.

During the episode, Lee Kyu-han, born in 1980, who ended a public relationship with Yoo Jung, 11 years his junior, last August after a year of dating, had a conversation with Hwangbo, his peer.

The two, who were the first same-age friends to meet in the third season of 'Old Friends Pursuit,' created happy and precious memories during their journey. Hwangbo expressed, "It's nice to see you again like this." Lee Kyu-han responded, "You were the only one who moved me to tears during our journey."

Hwangbo said, "It's not just that you were happy with me, but every moment seemed happy." Hearing this, Lee Kyu-han's eyes welled up with tears, and Hwangbo also became emotional. Trying to hold back his tears, Lee Kyu-han said, "Crying would be unsightly; I shouldn't do this."

Hwangbo asked, "What was so difficult? Did you find healing despite being exhausted?" Lee Kyu-han replied, "I don't know," adding, "I just suddenly felt emotional while driving yesterday." He was deeply moved when Hwangbo told him the previous day, "I think we could become best friends."

Lee Kyu-han expressed his gratitude, saying, "It was the first time someone said they wanted to be a good friend." Hwangbo remarked, "People don't really know you," adding, "I thought you were someone I could see for a lifetime." In response, Lee Kyu-han silently extended his hand, and the two held hands.

Hwangbo shared, "I was grateful that Lee Kyu-han was honest with me," adding, "But seeing the tears welling up in his eyes was heartbreaking." Lee Kyu-han told Hwangbo, "After spending time with you, I feel like I can pursue romance again," indicating that he had rediscovered his romantic side. Hwangbo replied, "It's such a nice thing to hear that I can be that for someone."
