Singer Yoon Min-soo recently revealed his regrets over not having family meals, which he believes contributed to his divorce.

On the October 31st episode of SBS's variety show 'My Ugly Duckling,' Yoon Min-soo appeared alongside his close friend, actor Lee Jong-hyuk. The two shared drinks and discussed various topics.

Lee Jong-hyuk asked Yoon, who still lives with his ex-wife due to housing issues, "Don't you eat meals together?" Yoon replied, "We didn't eat together even before. Looking back, I regret not having at least one family meal a week. I think things might have been different if we had done that."

Yoon also shared that he has been receiving psychiatric counseling. "I went last year after some bad experiences. I have severe anxiety and am on medication. I also take sleeping pills because I can't sleep well," he explained. Yoon, who has been the breadwinner since he was 18 or 19, expressed his fears about the future and his desire to focus on himself.

The episode also featured singer Cho Hyun-ah, who shared her experiences with her stepfather. She recalled meeting him in first grade and initially feeling like her mother was being taken away. Despite this, she received much love and support from him, especially in pursuing her dreams in music.

Cho Hyun-ah became emotional remembering her late mother, who passed away five years ago. She praised her stepfather for his dedication and care, stating, "He was a wonderful father and took great care of my mom. It's only natural for me to live with him now."

Her stepfather expressed concerns about being a burden, to which Cho Hyun-ah reassured him, "You're not just a stepdad; you're my only dad. I'll take care of you, so don't worry."
