Comedian Lee Kyung-ae Opens Up About Her Battle with Occipital Neuralgia and Panic Disorder
Comedian Lee Kyung-ae recently shared her struggles with health issues, revealing her battle with occipital neuralgia and panic disorder-related pain.

After undergoing a brain examination at a general hospital, Lee was diagnosed with occipital neuralgia and experienced severe pain associated with panic disorder. She is currently undergoing treatment and recovery, gradually returning to her daily routine.
On the 30th, a video titled "Does Lee Kyung-ae Eat Meat in the Morning?!" was uploaded to Kim Hak-rae and Im Mi-sook's channel, 'Kim Hak-rae Im Mi-sook's Laughing Channel.'

In the video, Lee Kyung-ae candidly shared, "I was very sick until recently," describing the intense pain that extended from her ears to her neck and face, which led her to visit numerous hospitals. She shocked viewers by stating that her pain level reached a 10.

She further explained that after a brain examination at a general hospital, she was diagnosed with occipital neuralgia. "I was diagnosed with major neuralgia, minor neuralgia, and trigeminal neuralgia. It's a type of nerve disease, and they say it's a form of panic disorder. If the pain level goes up to 10, I felt it at 10," she said.

Lee added, "I also had pain in my ears and neck, so I visited ENT specialists and dentists. I went to every hospital I could."

She shared that after acupuncture treatment, her pain has lessened, and she is currently in recovery. Lee also mentioned changes in her diet, saying, "I prefer thin slices of meat over thick ones, and pairing them with salads helps with digestion," highlighting small lifestyle changes.
