Korean actress Lim Soo-hyang has directly addressed rumors regarding her family's wealth.

On the 31st, a video titled "Is It Okay to Take a Break? Want to Go on a Jamsil Outing Together?" was uploaded to Lim Soo-hyang's YouTube channel, 'Lim Soo-hyang's Turtle and Crane.'

In the video, Lim candidly shared, "It's true that I grew up in a well-off environment, but after my father's business faced difficulties and his health declined, I've been the breadwinner for over 10 years."

She continued, "I was planning to upload content about organizing my wardrobe, but I postponed it because it felt burdensome," addressing the previous mentions of her affluent upbringing on her channel.

Lim clarified, "I mentioned that my family was wealthy when I was young, and it became accepted as fact. Back then, I was referring to my mother's wealth," explaining that she took on the role of the main provider after her parents' business struggles.

Lim also revealed that her parents are concerned about the 'wealthy family' rumors, stating, "It's burdensome when things are perceived differently from the truth. Often, things that aren't true become accepted as fact, which is unfortunate for my parents. It would have been nice if it were true. But it's okay because I have the capacity to work harder and support them," expressing her filial piety and warming hearts.
