Actress Lee Yo-won Opposes Early Marriage for Her Daughter Despite Her Own Young Nuptials

On the YouTube channel 'Jo Hyun-ah's Ordinary Thursday Night,' a video titled 'A Mother Who Married at the Blooming Age of 23 and Her 22-Year-Old Daughter' was released.
In the video, Jo Hyun-ah asked Lee Yo-won, "Didn't you get married six years after starting your career?" Lee Yo-won replied, "I got married when I was what you might call a rising star." Jo Hyun-ah expressed curiosity, asking, "How could you do that?" Lee Yo-won responded, "I think it was possible because I was young."
Jo Hyun-ah then asked, "How old were you then?" to which Lee Yo-won answered, "I was 23," surprising Jo Hyun-ah. Jo Hyun-ah commented, "It seems like some people get married quickly while others stay single for a long time, and I'm somewhere in between." Lee Yo-won added, "If I hadn't married then, I might still be single like some of my friends. Missing the timing can make it difficult."

Lee Yo-won firmly stated, "I absolutely say no. I tell her not to marry in her 20s." When Jo Hyun-ah asked why, Lee Yo-won explained, "I want her to live as 'herself' in her 20s. Once you marry and become a mother, you inevitably live as that child's mother for life. I hope my daughter doesn't experience that too early."
