Koyote's Baekga Opens Up About Viral Video at Shinji's Meeting

Baekga, a member of the popular group Koyote, candidly revealed why he abruptly left the scene during fellow member Shinji's meeting with her fiancé's family.

On the October 27th episode of MBC's 'Radio Star,' themed 'K-Ahjae Hit Hunters,' guests Kim Eung-soo, Kim Dong-wan, Baekga, and Kim Ho-young shared their stories.

During the show, Baekga mentioned, "With Shinji and Kim Jong-min announcing their marriages one after another, I was frequently asked, 'When are you getting married?' It left me feeling empty."

When asked about the viral 'Shinji's Meeting Video,' Baekga said, "The video where I left in the middle has over 6 million views. I just couldn't handle it..."

Since the video's release, Baekga shared, "Friends jokingly ask if I'm going to the bathroom during gatherings. Even strangers at bars say, 'Let's see if Baekga goes to the bathroom,' making it uncomfortable every time I go."

MC Kim Gura inquired, "What exactly happened in the video?" Baekga hesitated to answer, prompting Yoo Se-yoon to comment, "Both your heart and body must have been shocked," to which Baekga agreed.

Previously, Shinji had shared a video on her YouTube channel introducing her fiancé to the Koyote members, which garnered significant attention. In the video, her fiancé revealed, "I've been married once and have a lovely daughter. Although my ex-wife is raising her, we communicate and try to be attentive for our child's sake." Member Kim Jong-min was visibly surprised, and Baekga excused himself, saying, "I'll be right back," as he left for the bathroom.
