Tensions Rise as Hwangbo Questions Hongja's Feelings for Song Byung-chul on 'Old Meeting Pursuit'

On the latest episode of KBS2TV's 'Old Meeting Pursuit,' aired on the 25th at 9:50 PM, viewers witnessed a tense moment as Hwangbo appeared uneasy about Hongja and Song Byung-chul's date.

During the episode, Hongja and Song Byung-chul enjoyed a billiards date with a wish-granting bet. After the date, Hongja shared her thoughts with the other female participants, mentioning, "Song Byung-chul treated me to jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. He's always so cheerful and fun, but I noticed he's quite shy too."

Hongja continued, "I saw a different side of Song Byung-chul. He was very sincere in the car, and it felt like a first date." Hwangbo, listening to Hongja, displayed a curious expression. Hongja was then asked to compare the charms of Park Kwang-jae and Song Byung-chul.

Hongja responded, "Their charms are completely different. Park Kwang-jae is very serious yet makes people feel comfortable, while Song Byung-chul is entirely different." She added, "I want to impress Song Byung-chul more, but it's a bit frustrating that I can't."

Hwangbo, intrigued, remarked, "I get what you're saying. You want to impress someone you like, right?" Hongja expressed her desire to get to know Song Byung-chul better, which made Hwangbo's expression even more enigmatic. Meanwhile, Song Byung-chul, speaking with the other men, complimented Hongja's charm, comparing it to an onion with many layers.
