IVE's An Yujin Shows Humility Over 'Golden' Cover Amidst Online Speculation

IVE member An Yujin recently displayed her humility regarding her cover of the 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' OST 'Golden,' stating, "I'm still far from perfect."

On October 24, the YouTube channel 'Fairy Jaehyung' released a video titled 'Please Call Me Yujin Without the Honorifics.' The video featured singer Jung Jaehyung and An Yujin engaging in various discussions.

Jung Jaehyung commented, "It seems like you want to showcase your singing lately. I saw your cover of 'Golden.' There's a reason for singing 'Golden,' right? Like, 'Look how high I can go.'" An Yujin responded, "I think being good at singing is cooler than being good at dancing. I'm still far from it. Who am I to say otherwise?"

Jung Jaehyung asked, "Why do you want to sing well?" An Yujin replied, "Singing is so much fun. Wouldn't it be more enjoyable if I could sing better? People sing at karaoke, right? I want to be good at it even when I'm enjoying it outside of work."

An Yujin also expressed her desire to collaborate with artist Lee Youngji. She said, "I don't think it's the right time yet. I believe I need more practice. But if I had to choose, I'd love to collaborate with Youngji unnie."

Recently, IVE's official YouTube channel uploaded a video titled 'GOLDEN Covered by IVE ANYUJIN,' where An Yujin performed 'Golden.' However, some netizens speculated that the video might have been edited, sparking controversy.
