Actress Kim Tae-hee Opens Up About Parenting Stress and Her Love Story with Rain

During the show, Kim Tae-hee discussed her school days and personal challenges. Host Yoo Jae-suk asked if she tends to raise her voice with her children. Kim replied, "I try not to. It's emotional labor, so sometimes the stress goes to my mother or husband. I try to avoid that. My two daughters always call for me."
Co-host Jo Se-ho inquired about Rain's parenting style, asking if he is the type of father who says yes to everything. Kim laughed and said, "My husband manages his image. He always gives gifts and even junk food to our daughters. I want them to eat healthily, so I try to fill them up with healthy food to reduce snacks, but my husband doesn't see it that way."

Kim admitted that parenting stress was challenging. "I had my first child as a honeymoon baby, and I'm the type to pour myself into parenting, so raising them was harder than giving birth. I thought having a second child would be too much, but it happened naturally, and I took a five-year break," she said.
She continued, "I wanted to work more and found a passion for acting. The parenting stress was intense, but now that the kids are older, it's easier. I regret not treating my mom better when I was emotionally drained. Mom, I love you," she said, tearing up.

She added, "Rain gave me thoughtful gifts like candles, MP3s with songs, and novels. I received them and later, on a particularly tough day, I opened a novel and burst into laughter. It was a moment that disarmed me," she said with a smile.
