On the 20th of this month, a Creators Talk event for Disney+'s original series, Tempest, was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The event was graced by the presence of director Kim Hee-won, director Heo Myeong-haeng, writer Jeong Seo-kyeong, art director Kim Byeong-han, and VFX supervisor Hong Jeong-ho.
Disney+ Original Series 'Tempest' Creators Talk: A Star-Studded Event in SeoulTempest tells the gripping story of 'Moon Ju' (played by Jun Ji-hyun), a UN ambassador who has gained international fame. She finds herself on a mission to uncover the truth behind an assassination attempt on a presidential candidate. Alongside her is 'San-ho' (played by Kang Dong-won), a special agent of unknown nationality, as they confront a massive truth threatening the Korean Peninsula.
The event also saw the attendance of Carol Choi, EVP of The Walt Disney Company. The series is set to premiere on September 10th.
