A year after their appearance, the 'Possessed Couple,' known for the husband's verbal abuse and the wife's excessive deference, shared their progress. Initially, the husband had quit his corporate job to support his wife's online cosmetics business, but as the business struggled, he resorted to insults, shocking viewers. Dr. Oh Eun-young had identified this behavior as domestic violence and advised the couple to use more equal terms of address.

One year later, the husband is now actively supporting his wife's business, and she has streamlined her partnerships, resulting in doubled sales. The husband also revealed that he has been receiving treatment for depression, significantly reducing his feelings of helplessness. Their respectful communication now stands as a testament to Dr. Oh's effective guidance.

The 'Sharp Couple' also shared their updates. Previously, they clashed over the wife's struggling business, with the husband delivering harsh words to his father-in-law. Dr. Oh had advised the husband to recognize the patience of those around him and urged the wife to take more responsibility for her business.

Six months later, the 'Sharp Couple' reported a more understanding dynamic, with the husband and father-in-law sharing a much-improved relationship. The wife is now more focused on her business, reflecting Dr. Oh's advice.

The third couple, the 'Six Couple,' had previously moved viewers with their story of loss and resilience. The husband cared for his wife, who was diagnosed as a vegetative state patient after suffering from the same disease that claimed their young son. Dr. Oh had advised the husband to acknowledge his limits and focus on his own happiness.

Four months later, the husband has embraced this advice, documenting his journey to happiness on YouTube and connecting with others who share similar experiences. Their children are also more open about their feelings, bringing warmth to viewers.

In a surprise appearance, Ha Won-mi, wife of baseball player Choo Shin-soo and a college friend of the 'Six Couple' wife, appeared on the show. She and other college friends sent a video message of support to the husband.

The 'Six Couple' husband expressed gratitude for Dr. Oh's guidance, stating, "'Oh Eun-young Report' has been a blessing for our family." Their eldest child also credited the program for their recovery, reinforcing the show's mission.
