Unexpected Twists in 'Our Golden Days': Jung Il-woo's Character Faces Unforeseen Challenges

In the upcoming episode 3 of KBS 2TV's weekend drama 'Our Golden Days' (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, written by So Hyun-kyung), airing on the evening of the 16th at 8 PM, Ji-hyuk (played by Jung Il-woo) voluntarily leaves his job, joining his father, Sang-chul (played by Chun Ho-jin), in unemployment.
Previously, Ji-hyuk demonstrated strong responsibility by addressing company issues even on his days off. He earned the trust of partner companies, proving his 'workaholic' nature. However, after overhearing about his father Sang-chul's failed reemployment, he began to feel immense pressure.
The released stills show Ji-hyuk mentoring the troublesome new employee, Jae-jin (played by Kim Jin-woo). As the company's ace, Ji-hyuk advises Jae-jin, who repeatedly makes mistakes. Jae-jin's enigmatic expression as he watches Ji-hyuk's back raises curiosity about his true intentions.

On the other hand, Sang-chul also takes action to preserve his pride. He visits the hospital with a consolation payment and a box of fruit, suppressing his anger as he holds the hand of Chairman Choi, who is bedridden. Sang-chul's humane side touches viewers, sparking interest in how he will overcome this crisis.
