Actress Kim Nam-joo Astonished by Kim Ok-bin's Extreme Dieting Experience

On the October 14th episode of SBS Life's variety show 'Queen of Insight Kim Nam-joo,' actress Kim Nam-joo engaged in an open conversation with fellow actress Kim Ok-bin.
During the show, Kim Nam-joo candidly admitted, "We also eat a lot when we're not working." She then asked Kim Ok-bin, "What do you eat when you're dieting?" Kim Ok-bin replied, "I feel hungry if I don't eat meat, so I make sure to have at least one meal a day with chicken, beef, or pork."
Kim Ok-bin added, "I grill the meat with just olive oil and salt, and when I really crave something, I dip it in low-calorie sauce." Kim Nam-joo agreed, saying, "Sriracha sauce is a must."

Kim Ok-bin shared her philosophy on self-management as an actress, explaining that she enjoys eating freely but rigorously controls her body before important events.
