Actor Koo Sung-hwan Reveals Shocking Leak Repair Scam on 'I Live Alone'

Koo Sung-hwan shared a glimpse of his home, which had been affected by the leaks. Observing the moldy wallpaper soaked by rain, he expressed his frustration, saying, "I can't pinpoint where the leak is coming from. Every time it rains heavily, it's chaos due to the leaks."

Koo revealed, "Last year, I hired a company, but I was scammed." He lamented, "I paid exactly 4 million won. Two brothers came and assured me, 'We always fix it. We've never failed. We'll keep working until it's fixed.' But after two attempts, they disappeared. We even had a contract."
The workers have been avoiding Koo's calls. He shared, "They wouldn't answer my calls. I tried calling with a blocked number, pretending it wasn't me, but they still refused. It was my first time using a blocked number. They didn't answer for six months, so I resorted to using public phones." Jeon Hyun-moo humorously commented, "Are you putting out a wanted notice?"
Park Na-rae advised, "You need to call the company again. Even if you re-wallpaper, the mold will spread. You need to remove the wallpaper." Koo began removing the moldy wallpaper, expressing his distress, "It's stressful. The smell of water is overwhelming," and proceeded to inspect the rooftop himself.
