Ahn Jae-hyun Impresses with Transformation on Jo Hyun-ah's YouTube Channel

On Jo Hyun-ah's YouTube channel, 'Jo Hyun-ah's Ordinary Thursday Night,' a new video titled 'Beginner YouTuber Ahn Jae-hyun and Muji Tackle Macho Steak' was released.

In the video, Jo Hyun-ah meets with Ahn Jae-hyun and Muji at a steakhouse for a chat. Upon seeing the steak, Muji remarked, "I just came from working out and eating healthy," adding, "I ate something similar." Jo Hyun-ah then asked Muji, "Has Ahn Jae-hyun's physique improved?"

Muji, after feeling Ahn Jae-hyun's arm, exclaimed, "This is no joke," and "He's really impressive right now." Continuing to feel his arm, Muji asked, "Did this happen quickly? How much weight did you gain?" Ahn Jae-hyun responded with "10kg," to which Muji expressed surprise, asking, "Did that happen in about a year?"

Ahn Jae-hyun explained, "I didn't have much muscle mass to begin with, so exercise helped, but it really stuck well," adding, "I ate diligently, and it really worked." Jo Hyun-ah, observing Ahn Jae-hyun enjoying his steak, commented, "That's real bulking up." Ahn Jae-hyun shared, "Elders often approach me, saying I've improved, become prettier, healthier, and they thought I was frail."

Jo Hyun-ah then asked both if they had any final official statements. Muji expressed, "I wish everyone happiness except for those I don't like." Ahn Jae-hyun humorously added, "People with nothing to lose, whether it's dreams, hope, or family, are scary." Recently, Ahn Jae-hyun has shared his weight gain journey through various YouTube videos. Meanwhile, Ahn Jae-hyun married actress Goo Hye-sun in 2016 but divorced in 2020.
