Choi Jung-hoon of Jannabi filled in for Lee Chan-won during a recent recording.

On the October 2nd episode of KBS2TV's 'Immortal Songs', a special 'Rock Festival in Ulsan' was broadcast.

The episode featured performances by Kim Chang-wan Band, Jeon In-kwon Band, Seo Moon-tak, Cherry Filter, FT Island, Jannabi, and Touched, creating high anticipation among the audience. Choi Jung-hoon made a surprise appearance as a special MC.

Choi stepped in for the regular MC, Lee Chan-won, who was unable to attend due to a prior commitment. Kim Jun-hyun explained, "Lee Chan-won had a pre-existing schedule that couldn't be changed," adding, "It's unfortunate, but Choi Jung-hoon, who fits perfectly with the rock festival, is joining us as a special MC."

Appearing visibly nervous, Choi joked, "I'm not very good at speaking, but my wish is to speak smoothly, one sentence at a time." Kim Jun-hyun responded, "It's refreshing and cute," to which Choi replied, "I have a good sense of humor, so I'll keep stuttering," eliciting laughter.

Watching Choi's nervousness, Lee Hong-gi laughed and said, "I've always been teased by Lee Seung-gi, so it's nice to finally have someone younger to tease." Choi thanked him for the laughter. Kim Jun-hyun then mentioned to Lee Hong-gi, "I heard you have vocal cord nodules and your voice isn't in the best condition, yet you still attended."

Lee Hong-gi admitted, "I had a performance before the recording," and added, "I'm going to enjoy myself today, and I've cleared my schedule for the next week before my next performance, so even if I lose my voice today, I'm going to have fun." Kim Jun-hyun joked, "I'll smell some blood while singing today," to which Lee Hong-gi replied, "I always do, that's why I went to the hospital."

After Lee Hong-gi's performance, Jeon In-kwon commented, "It seems like you played a lot when you were young." Lee Hong-gi responded, "I think I'm finding my own color." Meanwhile, Jannabi joined forces with rock legend Kim Chang-wan Band for a collaborative performance that thrilled the audience.
