Actor Lee Soo-hyuk Reflects on the Conclusion of 'S-Line' as the Series Gains Global Attention

Actor Lee Soo-hyuk shared his thoughts on the conclusion of the series 'S-Line' as all episodes have been released. Previously, he signed an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment in March 2017 and worked with them for about eight years. Recently, he signed a new contract with Saram Entertainment.

The Wavve original drama 'S-Line', which premiered on the 11th, is a fantasy thriller that unveils forbidden desires and hidden truths as a red line, known as the S-Line, begins to appear between people who have had sexual relations. In the series, Lee Soo-hyuk plays Han Ji-wook, a detective and the uncle of Seon-ah (played by Lee Eun-sam), who falls from a school rooftop. He becomes involved in uncovering the secrets of the S-Line after acquiring glasses that allow him to see it.

'S-Line' has received a warm response overseas, thanks to its fantasy elements and Lee Soo-hyuk's visual appeal. The concept of the 'S-Line' has sparked interest, leading to a trend on global social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, where users create short-form videos drawing their own S-Lines. Lee Soo-hyuk's performance in the series has been praised for his portrayal of a character who is both detached and relentless in his pursuit of the truth, enhancing the show's immersive experience.

As 'S-Line' reaches its final episode, Lee Soo-hyuk expressed his gratitude through his agency, Saram Entertainment. He stated, "I am thankful to everyone who watched 'S-Line'. Thanks to the director, writer, all the staff, and my fellow actors, we were able to create a great work."
