SHINee's Key Hosts a Unique 'Food-Warming' Party with Mun Se-yun, Seo Beom-jun, and Hanhae

SHINee's Key recently caught attention by hosting a unique 'food-warming' party with Mun Se-yun, Seo Beom-jun, and Hanhae. Earlier this year, Key reportedly signed a lease for one of the seven units in a luxury micro-villa near UN Village in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. According to court registry documents, the unit, with an exclusive area of 143㎡, has a deposit of a staggering 3.8 billion KRW.

On the MBC show 'I Live Alone' aired on the 25th, Key was seen hosting a housewarming party with food enthusiasts Mun Se-yun, Seo Beom-jun, and Hanhae. Key took on the task of trimming the overgrown weeds on his terrace, which had turned into a 'jungle'. Sporting red hair and goggles, Key showcased his idol visuals despite sweating under the sun. Park Na-rae humorously commented that he resembled 'Ultraman' from the past, drawing laughter. Key expressed his dream of personally maintaining a home with a lawn, a sentiment shared by Park Na-rae, who has experience in lawn care.

After finishing the lawn work, Key focused on self-care. He surprised everyone by revealing that he prefers to dye his hair and manage his hair care at home rather than visiting a salon. Unlike Choi Min-ho, who bought an 'all-in-one cosmetic', Key uses a '4-tier cosmetic trolley' and meticulously manages his skin and scalp, impressing everyone with his thorough self-care routine.

Key then prepared a feast for his 'foodie friends' Mun Se-yun, Seo Beom-jun, and Hanhae, cooking large portions of food that were hard to quantify. In about two hours, he completed a Korean feast featuring 1.8kg of cold pork, acorn jelly salad with chamnamul, herring roe tofu wraps, chamnamul apple salad, and fruit salad.

Mun Se-yun was amazed by Key's culinary skills, exclaiming, "Did you make all this? You can cook Korean food like this?" He showcased his 'food genius' by identifying ingredients at a glance. Seo Beom-jun mirrored Mun Se-yun's eating combinations, displaying his surprising appetite. The dynamic between Mun Se-yun and Seo Beom-jun, resembling a father and son, along with Hanhae quietly enjoying his cheat day, brought laughter.

Mun Se-yun was particularly taken by the taste of kimchi made by Key's mother-in-law, humorously attributing his need for rice to the kimchi's flavor. The focus on food rather than the house itself led Jeon Hyun-moo to exclaim, "We didn't even tour the house!" Although they seemed to start a house tour, they quickly gathered around the table again for a dessert prepared by Seo Beom-jun, sparking more laughter. Key expressed his gratitude towards his 'foodie friends', saying, "I enjoy cooking and presenting beautifully for housewarmings because it's about sharing something money can't buy."
