Park Soo-hong, who made headlines with his $70 million home purchase, is once again in the spotlight as his 9-month-old daughter, Jae-i, becomes the youngest member of a reconstruction association.

On the 25th, a video titled "Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment's Youngest Member Jae-i and Park Soo-hong & Kim Da-ye's Visit to Hyundai Construction DH! The Future of Apgujeong District 2 Reconstruction?" was uploaded on the couple's channel 'Happy Da-hong.'

In the video, Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye visit a gallery related to the Apgujeong reconstruction with their daughter Jae-i. Before the tour, Park proudly stated, "Our Jae-i is the youngest member," while Kim added, "We came to check the atmosphere before the reconstruction contractor is decided."

Park Soo-hong humorously advised, "Since we're members, we should be confident and get used to it," bringing laughter.

Kim Da-ye expressed her emotions, saying, "It's the first time an article was published about us moving to Hyundai Apartment in my 35-year career," and Park added, "I didn't expect so many articles to be written."

Previously, the couple was reported to have purchased a 170㎡ (approximately 51 pyeong) unit in Apgujeong's Shin Hyundai Apartment for 7.05 billion won (approximately $70 million) in joint ownership, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system on November 20 last year.

Kim Da-ye also revealed on their channel, "We co-purchased the house with IBK and have to pay interest every month, so we're working hard."
