Japanese actor Takeru Satoh, known for his role in the Japanese adaptation of the hit Korean drama 'Marry My Husband,' has captured attention with his love for Korean cuisine.

The YouTube channel 'Neighborhood Friend Kangnami,' run by Kangnam, recently featured a video titled 'The Great Actor Takeru Satoh Appears in Kangnami Drama(?), Eating with Satoh Like Brothers.'

In the video, Kangnam meets Takeru Satoh, whom he got to know through the Japanese version of 'Marry My Husband.' Kangnam describes Satoh as "truly famous" and a "big-name actor with an impressive filmography." Known as a lover of Korean food, Satoh was treated to a meal of spicy octopus set prepared by Kangnam.

Satoh expressed his enthusiasm, saying, "I really love it," and "I enjoy spicy food," as he showcased his eating skills. Impressed by Satoh's appetite, Kangnam jokingly asked, "Were you hungry?" Besides the spicy octopus, Satoh also revealed his fondness for "white rice with soy sauce marinated crab and sesame oil," further proving his status as a true Korean food lover.

However, Satoh admitted he cannot drink coffee, sharing that during the filming of 'Marry My Husband,' he had to substitute coffee with flat cola or oolong tea for scenes requiring coffee drinking, which surprised many. Satoh also mentioned that if he weren't an actor, he would likely be working as an office employee, having been cast by chance.

Kangnam also asked Satoh about his Korean fans' nickname for him, 'Fun Cool Sexy Man,' and which attribute he prefers. Satoh responded, "I like 'fun,'" explaining, "People admire fun individuals, and I want to be someone who is fun."
