YouTuber KwakTube Sheds 3kg with Sugar-Free Diet and Pilates

On the 10th, KwakTube's personal channel featured a video titled "[A Miracle After a Morbidly Obese Patient Consumes Only Zero-Calorie Foods for 7 Days]."
In the video, KwakTube declared a new commitment to dieting after moving to a new place, revealing a diet plan that combines 'cutting out sugar' with a zero-calorie food regimen.
He candidly shared, "During my last diet, I aimed to weigh under 80kg, but I ended up gaining to 84kg. I mindlessly indulged in late-night snacks like ramen, ice cream, and popcorn, which led to the weight gain."

Alongside his diet, KwakTube shared, "Gym workouts don't suit me, so I've returned to high-intensity Pilates, which was the most effective for me in the past." In the video, he participated in a Pilates class at 83kg, sweating and fully engaged in the workout.

KwakTube has set a goal weight of 79kg and has resonated with many by achieving these changes solely through diet and exercise, without the use of Wegovy or diet injections.
