Park Bo-gum and Kim So-hyun, who previously co-hosted the 'KBS Drama Awards' in 2015, reunited after a decade for a dramatic kiss scene in the series 'Good Boy'. In a previous episode, Kim So-hyun's character initiated a surprise kiss, and this time, the scene unfolded with a different atmosphere.

In the 11th episode of JTBC's weekend drama 'Good Boy', aired on the 5th, the disbanded special investigation team came together again. The catalyst was Yoon Dong-joo (played by Park Bo-gum), who, while concealing his identity, exposed illegal establishments in Inseong City as the 'Brave Citizen'. Ji Han-na (played by Kim So-hyun), Kim Jong-hyun (played by Lee Sang-yi), and Go Man-sik (played by Heo Sung-tae) managed to locate Yoon Dong-joo in their own ways. The episode recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 5.4% and 5.1% in the metropolitan area, according to Nielsen Korea (based on paid households).

Yoon Dong-joo informed the reunited team that Min Joo-young, a mere public official, wielded power over gangs, Chinese-Korean groups, Russian mafia, and even the Inseong market, thanks to funds amassed from various illegal businesses. The key was to locate the hiding places of these illicit funds.

The investigation began with Geum Tokki (played by Kang Gil-woo), who was imprisoned. Kim Jong-hyun revealed that one of the three bodies found on a smuggling ship was Eun Tokki. Enraged by the fact that Min Joo-young killed his brother, Geum Tokki finally spoke up. He warned that Min Joo-young's illegal funds were so widespread that they reached from the lowest criminal groups to the Inseong City, the prosecutor's office, and the police headquarters, making it impossible to catch him. However, he provided information that Sergey, a Russian operative who once worked for smuggler Oh Bong-chan (played by Song Young-chang) and now works under Min Joo-young, might know where the funds are hidden.

The special team captured Sergey, who frequently appeared in Texas Town, and made him confess the locations of Min Joo-young's hidden funds. After searching 21 locations Sergey mentioned, along with two properties held under aliases by Oh Bong-chan, they finally discovered a container filled with an enormous amount of cash, weighing tons. The mysterious container cash, with unknown origins, was reported in the media, causing a stir in Inseong. It became a hot topic monitored by the police headquarters and the prosecutor's office, making it difficult for the Inseong market, police chief, and chief prosecutor to intervene. This was a triumph for the special team, which had not received any support. However, this was just the beginning, and the team vowed to heat up the case even more.

Min Joo-young's unexpected counterattack and rising anger heightened the tension. He, too, once lived diligently like Yoon Dong-joo, working part-time at customs while attending college and preparing for the civil service exam. However, when smuggler Oh Bong-chan, whom he met during a port patrol, made him realize that nothing would change even if he passed the exam, he burned his study books and stepped into the cartel of evil. Yet, the cartel, once untouchable even by the highest powers in Inseong, began to shake due to Yoon Dong-joo and the 'Good Avengers'. The curiosity about how Min Joo-young's anger, which remained unflinching even during ruthless violence, would lead to a counterattack, also intensified.

The episode also saw the explosion of romance between Yoon Dong-joo and Ji Han-na. Ji Han-na found Yoon Dong-joo hiding in a gym, confronting him about avoiding her and expressing her hurt feelings with tears. Yoon Dong-joo decided not to hesitate any longer, saying, "Once I start, I won't stop," and passionately kissed her.
