Actress Uee has candidly shared her secrets to maintaining a toned physique.

Recently appearing on Sean's personal channel 'With Sean,' Uee opened up about her body management techniques.

In the video, when asked about her diet and fitness routine, Uee responded, "People thought I ate a lot. There was a time when I relieved stress by eating during my activities, but now I put down the spoon as soon as I'm full."

Uee continued, "Eating the right amount and exercising seems to be the way to maintain. There are diet plans for losing weight, but if you're maintaining, it's about controlling your proper intake. I think this method isn't bad."

Regarding her diet, Uee mentioned, "By eating a healthy and clean diet, like chicken breast and increasing water intake, you can lose 1-2kg of bloating."

She also admitted, "I know alcohol is the main culprit for belly fat, but it's not easy to avoid. That's why I exercise consistently. Whatever exercise I do, I make sure to do it for at least 30 minutes, and I try to drink a lot of water, even if I have to force myself." She added, "I bought a treadmill with a stair-climbing function and did 4,000 steps. I've been doing it for over a year."

Sean also noted, "In fact, fat starts to burn after 30 minutes of cardio exercise."
