Wi Ha-jun Discusses Fitness Transformation for 'Squid Game 3'

Wi Ha-jun, star of 'Squid Game 3', opened up about his changed fitness routine.

On the October 27th episode of KBS2's variety show 'Going and Coming with Lee Min-jung' (referred to as 'Ga-o-jung'), Netflix's 'Squid Game 3' stars Wi Ha-jun, Park Gyu-young, and Yang Dong-geun appeared as guests.

During the show, as Wi Ha-jun made his entrance, Ahn Jae-hyun remarked, "He's sexy. His gold necklace swings every time he speaks," while Boom added, "He was recognized as one of the world's sexiest male actors, ranking confidently within the top 25."

Boom continued, "When you search for Ha-jun, don't you see photos labeling him as a sexy celebrity? I was impressed by his physique."

When asked about his workout routine, Wi Ha-jun responded, "I stopped weight training for the first time in a year and a half because my arms were getting too bulky." He added, "I adjust my workout based on the role, and currently, I'm focusing on martial arts cardio exercises."

Meanwhile, Netflix's original series 'Squid Game' Season 3 was released today at 4 PM. 'Squid Game 3' follows the story of 'Gi-hun', who re-enters the game with his own agenda and loses his closest friend, 'Front Man', who infiltrated the game in disguise, and the final fate of the participants who survived the brutal game.
