Actress Kim Jung-nan has shared her secret to shedding 5kg in just two and a half months.

On the 25th, Kim Jung-nan uploaded a video titled "Kim Jung-nan's Secret to Maintaining 50kg for 35 Years (Easy-to-Follow Exercise Tips, Diet Routine, and More)" on her personal channel.

In the video, Kim Jung-nan candidly admitted before starting her workout at the gym, "The thing I hate the most in the world is exercising. I really don't want to do it, but I do it to survive. I have no choice."

She further revealed, "Sometimes I go to the gym three times a week, sometimes twice, or even just once," and expressed surprise at her own achievement of losing 5kg in two months.

While reviewing her body composition with her trainer, Kim Jung-nan said, "I went from 54.1kg to 50kg. Isn't that crazy? I even reached 55kg," and added, "I want to lose just 1kg more."

Currently, Kim Jung-nan weighs 49kg. She shared her weight loss secrets, saying, "These days, I have cut down on bread and don't eat meat. I have a good lunch and practice intermittent fasting. If I get hungry, I drink soy milk."
