While Hosu Lee discovered a familiar name in the lawsuit, confirming it was all a plot by Chunggu Lee under the construction company's orders, Yu mi-ji met Kim Rosa, who was trying to hide from public scrutiny, and encouraged her to face the world again. With the warm support of Yu mi-ji and Hosu Lee, Kim Rosa found the courage to reveal her past.
Kim Rosa, originally Hyun Sangwol, shared a different life despite being from the same orphanage as poet Kim Rosa. Hyun Sangwol went to prison in place of Kim Rosa, who killed her abusive husband, and even gave her name to Hyun Sangwol, who couldn't write her own. They were each other's only family and the only ones who truly understood each other.

Upon hearing the indescribable story of the two friends, Yu mi-ji and Hosu Lee prepared to defend Hyun Sangwol against the lawsuit. Hosu Lee used notarized documents, including a will, registration, and donation contract left by Kim Rosa, to assert Hyun Sangwol's innocence and shared their story through articles to shift public perception.
Additionally, students who benefited from the 'Kim Rosa Scholarship' contributed by writing petitions. Yu mi-ji met with scholarship recipients to collect and deliver these petitions, adding warmth to the narrative. The three characters' efforts to understand each other's metaphorical and blank-filled lives moved viewers deeply.
Just as the situation seemed resolved, another trial awaited Hosu Lee as he suddenly lost hearing in one ear. The unexpected silence left him in panic, raising curiosity about what happened.
Meanwhile, Yu mi-rae (Park Bo-young) unexpectedly met her strawberry farm business partner, Sejin Han (Kyungsoo Ryu), in Seoul and spent a joyful time together. Sejin Han's thoughtful gesture of introducing Yu mi-rae to people who had restarted their lives after quitting their jobs brought warmth. He even surprised her with an unexpected proposal to join him in the United States, leaving viewers curious about Yu mi-rae's decision.
