Lee Chan-won Charms with Culinary Skills and Warm Personality on 'Going, Coming, Lee Min-jung'

Lee Chan-won captivated the hearts of the elderly with his exceptional cooking skills and amiable personality.

On the October 20th episode of KBS2TV's 'Going, Coming, Lee Min-jung,' Lee Chan-won made a memorable appearance.

As soon as Lee Chan-won appeared on the show, the members welcomed him, calling him 'a celebrity's celebrity.' Lee Min-jung also greeted him warmly, drawing attention.

Lee Chan-won surprised everyone by sharing, 'My parents ran a barbecue restaurant from when I was about 6 or 7 until I was 25,' as he presented homemade side dishes to the members. Kim Jae-won added, 'He even sends homemade side dishes to his family.'

Boom expressed amazement, saying, 'He even dries vegetables at home.' Everyone was impressed by Lee Chan-won's outstanding culinary skills. Lee Chan-won humorously mentioned, 'I've always wanted to do a show like this. I'm currently on six programs, but I'm free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.'

Lee Chan-won showcased his remarkable talents, working diligently in the fields and stepping in as a chef for Lee Min-jung. Having already impressed with his side dishes, Lee Chan-won said, 'I heard Min-jung has been working hard, so I'll cook today,' and prepared a friendly yet fresh menu for the mothers.

He amazed everyone by preparing dishes like Gochujang Paella, Beef Ribs, Pork Barbecue, and Chive Egg Soup on the spot. Cooking alongside Lee Chan-won, Kim Jae-won remarked, 'I think I get along well with Lee Chan-won. He's straightforward,' and wanted to share this with Lee Min-jung.

The elderly who tasted Lee Chan-won's dishes were full of praise for his culinary skills, saying, 'It's so delicious, I can't stop eating,' 'It's tasty,' and 'He's a great cook.' Delighted by the compliments, Lee Chan-won even performed a song on the spot.
