Lee Jung-hyun Reminisces About Past Romance Rumors with Jo Sung-mo on 'Pyeonstorang'

On the latest episode of KBS 2TV's 'Pyeonstorang,' aired on the 20th, Lee Jung-hyun stirred up some playful jealousy in her husband by mentioning her past romance rumors with singer Jo Sung-mo.

While preparing a plum bibim noodles dish, Lee Jung-hyun remarked, "Seeing plums reminds me of that oppa," catching her husband's attention. Her husband humorously retorted, "Which oppa?" sparking laughter.

Lee Jung-hyun referred to Jo Sung-mo, who was famously associated with a plum beverage advertisement, saying, "Sung-mo oppa was famous for the green plum drink." Her husband responded with a hint of jealousy, "What's that got to do with anything?"

Recalling her techno warrior days, Lee Jung-hyun shared, "We were always competing for the top spot together." The two had also co-starred in a mobile phone commercial, where a 19-year-old Lee Jung-hyun delivered the iconic line, "Good night, dream of me," which became a massive hit.

Now a mother of two, Lee Jung-hyun still dazzles with her timeless beauty, repeating the famous line, "Good night, dream of me," which even her daughter Seo-ah echoed, causing laughter. Following the commercial, Lee Jung-hyun and Jo Sung-mo were rumored to be dating.

When asked if he remembered the commercial, her husband quipped, "I used 016 too," to which Lee Jung-hyun playfully responded, "You used it because of me," only for him to counter, "I just used the cheapest option," showcasing his midlife rebellious spirit.

After installing a griddle in their new home and showcasing her cooking skills, Lee Jung-hyun instructed, "I'm clocking out now. Clean the griddle quickly before it gets damaged." Left alone, her husband grumbled, "This is why I was against buying the griddle," evoking sympathy.

Meanwhile, after watching the VCR, Jang Min-ho commented, "The hierarchy in Lee Jung-hyun's house is clear. I thought her husband was second after Seo-ah and Seo-woo, but now it seems he's below the griddle." Lee Jung-hyun expressed her affection, saying, "My husband grumbles about cleaning the griddle, but he loves it more than anyone."
