The cancellation of Jo Jung-sik's lecture on 'How Do Adults' is believed to be linked to allegations of his involvement in trading exam questions. On the 10th, a media outlet reported that since 2020, Jo had allegedly contacted 21 active teachers to obtain private mock exam questions for high school seniors, paying them millions of won in return. Jo Jung-sik was sent to the prosecution without detention on charges of violating the Anti-Graft Act and obstruction of business on the 17th of last month.

Jo Jung-sik's representatives have officially denied the allegations. On the 11th, his legal representatives, Choi Bong-kyun and Jung Sung-yeop of Pyeongan Law Firm, stated, "The recent reports contain inaccuracies, severely damaging the lecturer's reputation and trust."

Jo Jung-sik is a prominent English lecturer at MegaStudy. Since 2023, he has appeared in Channel A's 'Grades Please: Teachers' series. He was scheduled to attend an interview for 'Teachers 2' on the 13th but did not participate following the production team's decision.
