Kang Min-kyung Shares Her Delicious Homemade Meals and Daily Life on YouTube

On her channel 'Kyang Ming Kyung,' a video titled 'A Woman's Life Story with a Big Appetite Even When Sick' was uploaded.
In the video, Kang Min-kyung immediately caught attention by making and eating a fried egg. She then prepared Bibimbap with Yeolmu, rice, and a sauce made from gochujang, red pepper powder, allulose, and soy sauce.
Standing up, she began her Bibimbap mukbang, explaining, "I didn't have breakfast this morning. I only had some dried sweet potatoes in between, so this is my first proper meal."

Kang Min-kyung then shared her recent bout with acute bronchitis while making a matcha latte for some relaxation. She mentioned, "I don't like sweet drinks, so I drink it without syrup. Recently, Korean green tea and matcha have become very popular abroad. Since I started drinking matcha, I've reduced my coffee intake to one or two cups a day, replacing them with matcha."
Additionally, she showcased her daily routine, including visits to the hospital and shops, and prepared cold Udon with broth made from soy sauce, mirin, and hondashi, adding udon noodles, green onions, seaweed, stir-fried kimchi, and an egg.
Kang Min-kyung also shared moments from her journey back from an event in Busan, traveling by train with Lee Hae-ri.
