Joo Woo-jae recently showcased a mukbang featuring low-sugar snacks aimed at promoting slow aging.

On his YouTube channel 'Today's Joo Woo-jae,' a video titled 'Eating Low-Sugar Snacks Made Me Unhappy... Dessert, Snack Review, Slow Aging, Mukbang, ASMR, Diet Snacks' was uploaded.

In the video, the production team mentioned to Joo Woo-jae, "There's a trend for slow aging these days," and prepared snacks like low-sugar finger foods, ice cream, bread, and cake.

Joo Woo-jae referenced Choo Sung-hoon, saying, "Choo Sung-hoon said that for low sugar, you remove sugar and add something else," and added, "So I don't know." He continued, "But as long as it's sweet, I don't care if it's low sugar or high sugar, as long as it tastes good."

Joo Woo-jae commented, "The quantity is appropriate for the price, and it satisfies everything," but noted, "From my experience, I haven't felt a significant difference with low-sugar snacks." He then proceeded with the mukbang.

He first tasted low-sugar finger foods, including sugar-free yakgwa, low-sugar cookies, and low-sugar cacao chocolate, and began his review. Joo Woo-jae remarked, "Usually, after eating a bag of these, I don't think about them, but this one strangely keeps me reaching for more."

He continued to taste low-sugar ice cream, bread, and cake. While reviewing, Joo Woo-jae observed, "I think the visuals of low-sugar snacks are intentionally made this way," adding, "The natural toppings and such have an organic look."

Joo Woo-jae concluded, "The common feature I notice is that the taste isn't immediate. You have to wait a while for the flavor to emerge, and it feels like the satisfaction from the taste is lacking, but the aftertaste lingers."
