TV personality Jeon Hyun-moo shared his thoughts on the production team of his new show.

On the 10th, a press conference for KBS 2TV's new variety show 'Krazy Rich Korean' was held at KBS Annex in Yeouido, Seoul. Attendees included Jeon Hyun-moo, Park Se-ri, Ji Ye-eun, and PD Lee Chang-soo. Notably absent was Kwak Tube.

'Krazy Rich Korean' is a human reality variety show that highlights the lives, philosophies, and passions of Koreans who have achieved world-class success in various fields. The show features Jeon Hyun-moo, Park Se-ri, Ji Ye-eun, and Kwak Tube as hosts, with PD Lee Chang-soo, known for hits like 'Boss in the Mirror' and 'The Seasons,' at the helm.

Jeon Hyun-moo expressed his thoughts on reuniting with PD Lee Chang-soo, with whom he previously worked on 'Boss in the Mirror.' He remarked, "After doing the press conference together, I wondered if it was the right decision. Using expressions like 'public broadcast PD' is quite something. I recognized PD Lee's true value when we first worked on 'Boss in the Mirror.' I have faith that PD Lee is the one to create killer content at KBS, which is why I joined this project."

He continued, "Starting later than 'Around the World in a Day' and 'My Little Old Boy' is like a death sentence. Despite entering the fire, I trust PD Lee because the competition is tough, but the content is unique. It's entirely different from 'My Little Old Boy' and 'Around the World in a Day,' so I think those looking for fresh content will tune in. I don't know what the ratings for the first episode will be, but I expect an upward trend. I have a sense for ratings, so I don't think it will be a hit right from the start, but it will steadily rise from the first episode. Even Kian84 mentioned it. Seeing him being cautious makes me think it will do well."

Jeon Hyun-moo is set to host 13 fixed programs this year, including 'Krazy Rich Korean.' Reflecting on his busy schedule, he said, "I declared my independence because I was crazy about broadcasting, but there are many times when I fall into a routine. This program reminds me of my initial passion. I was at my craziest when I was at KBS during the 'Lucifer' days. I realized how crazy I was back then and wondered, 'Why have I become so complacent?' This program makes me reflect on that."

Meanwhile, 'Krazy Rich Korean' is set to premiere on KBS 2TV on the 15th at 9:20 PM.
