Bae Yoo-ram Shines in 'Your Taste' with His Comedic Performance
In the Genie TV original series 'Your Taste', Bae Yoo-ram plays the role of Lee Yoo-jin, the secretary to chaebol heir Han Beom-woo, portrayed by Kang Ha-neul. His comedic timing and wit have brought laughter to audiences.
Yoo-jin is a quick-thinking and witty secretary who handles unexpected situations with ease and professionalism. From his first appearance, he captivated viewers with his charm.
Yoo-jin's dynamic with Beom-woo is reminiscent of a Tom and Jerry relationship, adding vibrancy to the series. Their interactions range from brotherly camaraderie to the formalities of a boss-secretary relationship. Additionally, Yoo-jin's interactions with other characters, such as Jin Myung-sook (Kim Shin-rok) and Shin Chun-seung (Yoo Soo-bin), provide humorous moments, while his scenes with head chef Jung Young-hye (Hong Hwa-yeon) add tension as they involve recipe theft, showcasing his role as a scene-stealer.
Expressing his thoughts on the show's conclusion, Bae Yoo-ram shared through his agency, "It's bittersweet that 'Your Taste', which was a joy to film for five months, is ending. It was an honor to be part of such a great project. I want to thank the director, writer, and all the staff who worked hard, as well as my fellow actors for making the experience enjoyable and fulfilling. I'm grateful." He also added, "I will continue to strive to show my best in future projects."
Alongside Bae Yoo-ram, the series stars Kang Ha-neul, Go Min-si, Kim Shin-rok, and Yoo Soo-bin. 'Your Taste' airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM on the ENA channel, with episodes available for free on KT Genie TV immediately after airing. The series is also available on Netflix and is set to conclude today (10th).
