Yook Sungjae Reveals His Unique 'Blackout' Home on 'Home Alone'

On the recent episode of MBC's 'Home Alone' aired on the 30th, singer and actor Yook Sungjae gave viewers a glimpse into his daily life.

During the show, Yook Sungjae revealed, "I've never shown my home on TV before," raising anticipation among fans.

He unveiled his home, decorated with a black interior, and explained, "My house is a 'blackout house.' The color of my heart is black," which left everyone in shock. Code Kunst humorously responded, "You should get a health check-up," eliciting laughter.

Except for the toilet, Yook Sungjae's home is entirely black. He explained, "I often finish work late at night and sleep in the morning, so I chose a black concept for my home. It's like a bat cave."

Despite having a black toilet option, he opted for a white one, saying, "The interior designer told me that with black, you can't see if it's contaminated with germs. So I gave up on that idea," showing his preference for hygiene over aesthetics.

Yook Sungjae's home features a unique structure with no windows. He shared, "That's why I chose this house. There's no window on one side of the wall, just a small one for ventilation."

While exploring the dimly lit home, Kian84 jokingly asked, "Is your underwear black too?" Yook Sungjae immediately checked by lifting his pants. Jeon Hyun-moo, surprised, exclaimed, "You're completely crazy!"

Lim Woo-il, who peeked from the side, described, "It's black, but there's something there," to which Yook Sungjae humorously added, "It's pearl black," causing everyone to burst into laughter.

Meanwhile, Yook Sungjae confessed, "At home, I'm like a bear living in a cave. I'm lazy and just zone out. Like vampires who get hurt by sunlight, that's how I feel these days. I squint at the brightness."
